Gift Cards
Sometimes people need a little encouragement to start taking care of themselves.
Often these people are close to us and we hear about or see their discomfort daily.
A gift card is a great way to encourage a friend or family member to take some time out to focus on their physical and mental well being.
Let me know which sessions and how many you would like to give and I will prepare a bespoke gift card (recycled/recyclable card & envelope).
The gift card will include my business card so the person can contact me and organise their first session.
I can post the card directly to the receiver and include a printed message from you or alternatively you can collect the card from me / I can post it to you so you can add your own personal message and sign it.
