Gift Cards
Sometimes people need a little encouragement to start taking care of themselves.
Often these people are close to us and we hear about or see their discomfort daily.
A gift card is a great way to encourage a friend or family member to take some time out to focus on their physical well being.
Let me know which service you would like to give and I will prepare a bespoke gift card (recycled/recyclable card & envelope).
The gift card will include my business card so the person can contact me and organise their first session.
I can post the card directly to the receiver and include a printed message from you, or you can collect the card from me, or I can post it to you so you can add your own personal message and sign it.
